Why we Give
We love to serve Jesus with our time, talents, and treasure.
When we fully follow Jesus & honor God with our finances, we are putting him first in our heart in an act of obedience, love, worship, and trust. God is the provider of everything that we have, which makes us the stewards or managers of what he’s given to us. While God does not need our money, he does make it clear in the Bible that he desires to be first in every area of our life including finances.
Your giving supports our efforts to see more and more lives changed by Christ locally and globally.

Ways to Give
1. In Person
We would love to see you on a Sunday morning. You can give by cash or check and put your gift in the box in the back of the sanctuary. Plus we get to worship and fellowship together.
2. Online
- Through your bank (see below)
- This is the preferred means of giving online. Using your bank’s bill pay system. Set up the church as a payee and the bank sends a “payment”.
- Through the LWC website
- Simple and secure. Give a single gift, or schedule recurring giving using your checking account, debit, or credit card.
- You have the option to pay the processing fee’s on your donation
3. Mail
If you would like to give by mail, please make checks payable to Living Word Community. Checks may be mailed to:

4. Give Assets
You can give appreciated assets like mutual funds, precious metals, stocks and crypto currencies; assets are one of the most tax-efficient ways to give. Please email finance@lwcphilly.org to discuss donating assets to Living Word Community.
Setting up Electronic Fund Transfers (or ACH)
EFT directly transfers funds from an account of your choice to Living Word, with multiple options for frequency and day you’d like the contribution to be made. All contributions are completely safe and secure.
